At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Ring does not take title to the refunded item.
We'll provide a refund, or tell you why we couldn't provide one, within 10 business days from the date you give us the information we ask for.
These refunds (along with all refunds described in these Terms or otherwise provided by Ro) may take 5 business days or longer to process.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
