Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of ConductAtlas (conductatlas.com and related services). ConductAtlas is operated by Leshane Jackson as an independent policy monitoring service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The short version: We track and archive public policy documents from platforms. You can use the service for research, compliance work, and general reference. Do not abuse our infrastructure. We are not your lawyer. Our liability is limited. Disputes are resolved by the laws of the United States.

What ConductAtlas is

ConductAtlas monitors, archives, and analyzes publicly available policy documents from online platforms, including terms of service, privacy policies, community guidelines, and similar documents. We provide this information for research, compliance, journalism, academic study, and consumer awareness.

ConductAtlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the platforms we track. Platform names and marks are property of their respective owners.

When you create an account, you agree to:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content we provide

ConductAtlas archives and analyzes public policy documents. The underlying documents remain the property of the platforms that wrote them. Our analysis, summaries, severity classifications, institutional analysis, and comparison tools are our original work.

You may not:

No legal advice

ConductAtlas provides information and analysis. It does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Our analysis and summaries are provided for informational purposes only. While we work hard to be accurate, we do not guarantee that our content is complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation. Do not rely on ConductAtlas as the sole basis for legal or compliance decisions.

Accuracy and updates

We archive and analyze policy documents through automated monitoring, programmatic extraction, and AI-assisted classification, with human oversight. Errors may occur. If you notice something inaccurate, please email contact@conductatlas.com and we will review and correct as appropriate.

We do not guarantee that our records reflect the current state of any platform's policies at the exact moment you view our content. Policies can change between our capture runs.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk to ConductAtlas or other users. We will generally provide notice where reasonable, except in cases of active abuse or legal requirement.

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by emailing us. Upon closure, your personal data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConductAtlas and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ConductAtlas in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConductAtlas and its operator from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting contact@conductatlas.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will occur in the United States, with proceedings conducted in English.

You and ConductAtlas agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, not as a class action.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access, or similar urgent matters.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in these Terms waives your rights under those laws.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
