Corrections log
ConductAtlas maintains a public record of corrections, revised interpretations, and updated classifications. Serious governance infrastructure evolves transparently.
This log documents substantive corrections to ConductAtlas analysis and classifications, and every change record we have withdrawn after publishing it, with the reason. A withdrawn record's page stays readable and links back here. Routine updates such as new document versions, updated summaries from source changes, and expanded regulation coverage are not listed here. Methodology

October 2026: 919 change records withdrawn as artifacts of a superseded text extractor
On 8 and 9 October 2026 we withdrew 919 change records that had been first published between 18 April and 7 October 2026. They had been public for a median of 108 days (between 1 and 174).
Each recorded a difference between two captures of a page that lay in page furniture, not in the document: navigation menus, footers, page titles, language pickers, related-article lists, embedded page data, live counters and clocks. Our text extractor stopped reading these in two steps: navigation and footer stripping, deployed 10 September 2026 (890 of the 919 were first published before it), and extractor version 5, deployed 7 October 2026. Version 5 also drops page titles, video fallback text, menus built as select lists, link labels, loading placeholders and related-post lists, and folds invisible characters and typographic quotes. Re-extracted with version 5, the two captures behind each record contain the same text.
Each record has its own entry in this log, quoting what it described. Its page stays readable as a withdrawn record.

OpenSea: change record CA-X-002478 recorded a difference our own extractor made
This record described a change to OpenSea Terms of Service observed on May 30, 2026. What differed between the two captures it compared: “…ms of Service Privacy Policy $1,996.24 Support Collector Pro Crypto…” became “…ms of Service Privacy Policy $2,012.02 Support Collector Pro Crypto…”. That passage is page furniture, not part of the document, and the archive's current text extractor (version 5, deployed Oct 7, 2026) no longer reads it: re-extracted, the two captures contain the same text, so this record would not have been created. It is withdrawn as an artifact of how we read the page, not as a finding about OpenSea's document. Measured Oct 9, 2026.
As published (withdrawn)
OpenSea's Terms of Service was updated on May 30, 2026, with one sentence modified. The change involved a numerical value in the document's header or metadata area, shifting from $1,996.24 to $2,012.02. This appears to be a formatting or reference update rather than a substantive change to OpenSea's contractual obligations or user rights.

What differed between the two captures it compared: “CA 5 : 43 PM Made in sunny California.” became “CA 10 : 54 PM Made in sunny California.”. It is withdrawn as an artifact of how we read the page, not as a finding about Replit's document. Measured Oct 9, 2026.
As published (withdrawn)
Replit updated a timestamp in their Terms of Service on May 29, 2026, changing 'CA 5:43 PM' to 'CA 10:54 PM' in a sentence describing the document's origin. This appears to be a routine timestamp or metadata update with no operational impact on the terms themselves, user obligations, or service conditions.

As published (withdrawn)
Replit updated a timestamp reference in their privacy policy on May 29, 2026, changing 'CA 5:43 PM' to 'CA 10:54 PM' in a single sentence. This appears to be a minor update to a timestamp or time-zone reference in the document, with no apparent change to substantive privacy practices, data handling, disclosure requirements, or user protections. The operational impact of this change is unclear without additional context about what the timestamp references.

The NVIDIA Privacy Policy was updated on May 29, 2026, but the provided diff shows primarily navigation and product listing content that appears to be website header and footer material rather than substantive privacy policy language changes. Two sentences within this navigation section were modified, but they relate to product descriptions and company information architecture rather than privacy rights, data handling, or user obligations. Without visibility into the actual substantive privacy policy provisions that changed, the operational impact cannot be accurately determined.

OpenSea: change record CA-X-002361 recorded a difference our own extractor made
This record described a change to OpenSea Privacy Policy observed on May 27, 2026. What differed between the two captures it compared: “…of Service Privacy Policy $2,110.48 Support Collector Pro Crypto…” became “…of Service Privacy Policy $2,069.67 Support Collector Pro Crypto…”.
OpenSea's privacy policy was updated on May 27, 2026, with one sentence modified. The change involved a price figure in the policy document that shifted from $2,110.48 to $2,069.67. This appears to be a technical or administrative update to a referenced pricing element within the policy, though the operational significance of this specific figure change is unclear from the available context.
