Corrections log
ConductAtlas maintains a public record of corrections, revised interpretations, and updated classifications. Serious governance infrastructure evolves transparently.
This log documents substantive corrections to ConductAtlas analysis and classifications, and every change record we have withdrawn after publishing it, with the reason. A withdrawn record's page stays readable and links back here. Routine updates such as new document versions, updated summaries from source changes, and expanded regulation coverage are not listed here. Methodology

October 2026: 919 change records withdrawn as artifacts of a superseded text extractor
On 8 and 9 October 2026 we withdrew 919 change records that had been first published between 18 April and 7 October 2026. They had been public for a median of 108 days (between 1 and 174).
Each recorded a difference between two captures of a page that lay in page furniture, not in the document: navigation menus, footers, page titles, language pickers, related-article lists, embedded page data, live counters and clocks. Our text extractor stopped reading these in two steps: navigation and footer stripping, deployed 10 September 2026 (890 of the 919 were first published before it), and extractor version 5, deployed 7 October 2026. Version 5 also drops page titles, video fallback text, menus built as select lists, link labels, loading placeholders and related-post lists, and folds invisible characters and typographic quotes. Re-extracted with version 5, the two captures behind each record contain the same text.
Each record has its own entry in this log, quoting what it described. Its page stays readable as a withdrawn record.

NVIDIA NIM: change record CA-X-002897 recorded a difference our own extractor made
This record described a change to NVIDIA NIM Terms of Use observed on Jun 12, 2026. What differed between the two captures it compared: “…DGX Station The ultimate desktop AI supercomputer powered by NVIDIA Grace Blackwell NVIDIA RTX PRO Desktops Power…” became “…DGX Station The ultimate deskside AI supercomputer powered by NVIDIA Grace Blackwell DGX Station for Windows The world’s…”; “…DGX Station The ultimate desktop AI supercomputer powered by NVIDIA Grace Blackwell NVIDIA RTX PRO Desktops Power…” became “…DGX Station The ultimate deskside AI supercomputer powered by NVIDIA Grace Blackwell DGX Station for Windows The world’s…”. That passage is page furniture, not part of the document, and the archive's current text extractor (version 5, deployed Oct 7, 2026) no longer reads it: re-extracted, the two captures contain the same text, so this record would not have been created. It is withdrawn as an artifact of how we read the page, not as a finding about NVIDIA NIM's document. Measured Oct 9, 2026.
As published (withdrawn)
NVIDIA updated product descriptions within its Terms of Use on June 12, 2026. The change modified two product name references: 'DGX Station The ultimate desktop AI supercomputer powered by NVIDIA Grace Blackwell' was updated to 'DGX Station The ultimate deskside AI supercomputer powered by NVIDIA Grace Blackwell', and a new product line 'DGX Station for Windows The world's most powerful deskside AI supercomputer for Windows' was added. These are product naming and descriptive clarifications with no operational impact on user rights, obligations, or service terms.

The change detected in Target's privacy policy involves technical updates to the website backend, including modified CSS stylesheets and JavaScript bundle hashes. The actual policy content remains substantively the same based on the visible text excerpts, which continue to describe Target's data collection, use, sharing, and protection practices as of March 5, 2026. These are technical maintenance updates to the web infrastructure rather than material changes to Target's stated privacy practices or consumer rights.

This record described a change to Target Terms and Conditions observed on Jun 11, 2026. What differed between the two captures it compared: “…onVariables\": {\"zipCode\":\"52404\",\"store_id\":\"3991\",\"store_ids\":\"3991\",\"primaryStore\":{},\"location\":{\"z…” became “…onVariables\": {\"zipCode\":\"95123\",\"store_id\":\"1927\",\"store_ids\":\"1927,2605,2281,2238,324\",\"primaryStore\":{…”; “…ueries":[{"dehydratedAt":1781111242759,"state":{"data":{"data":{"met…” became “…ueries":[{"dehydratedAt":1781138442121,"state":{"data":{"data":{"met…”; and 3 more passage(s) of the same kind. That passage is page furniture, not part of the document, and the archive's current text extractor (version 5, deployed Oct 7, 2026) no longer reads it: re-extracted, the two captures contain the same text, so this record would not have been created. It is withdrawn as an artifact of how we read the page, not as a finding about Target's document. Measured Oct 9, 2026.
As published (withdrawn)
Target's Terms and Conditions page was updated on June 11, 2026, but the provided diff shows only HTML and infrastructure changes (server location variables, cookie data, API endpoint timestamps) with no substantive modifications to the actual terms text. The legal obligations, user rights, and service conditions stated in the document appear unchanged between the two versions captured.

This change involves modifications to four sentences in Target's Privacy Policy published on June 10, 2026. The diff context provided consists primarily of HTML markup and JavaScript code rather than substantive privacy policy language, making it difficult to identify the specific operational changes in the policy text itself. The provided diff context appears to contain only HTML, JavaScript, and embedded JSON data from Target's website infrastructure, not substantive changes to the Terms and Conditions document itself. The 'BEFORE' and 'AFTER' sections both contain identical policy language regarding force majeure and contact procedures. Without access to the actual contractual language that was modified, a meaningful analysis of what changed in the Terms and Conditions cannot be performed.
