Customers are contractually prohibited from exercising a chargeback except where Wise has breached the Agreement or where the payment was made without the customer's execution or authorization.

Calendly shall promptly refund you with a pro-rated portion of any prepaid, unused Fees for the terminated portion of the Subscription Term.
In the event of such a termination by Customer, we will refund Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all subscriptions after the effective date of termination.
For subscribers residing in Germany: You may terminate your subscription after it has renewed with a notice period of one month. Your right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.
