Under this provision, customers operate under the understanding that their account access depends on continued compliance with Atlassian's Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law, and that suspension may occur immediately without advance opportunity to remediate. Customers assume the risk of service interruption losses and cannot seek damages from Atlassian for suspensions undertaken within the terms' scope.
