This provision establishes the procedural mechanism through which contractual disputes will be adjudicated, replacing court litigation with arbitration as the default dispute resolution pathway. The opt-out window creates a time-limited opportunity for users to preserve court access rights.
Users who do not opt out within 21 days are bound to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than court litigation or class proceedings. The provision applies to both parties, permitting Wise to also require arbitration of user claims.
