This document explains what personal information Marqeta collects when you use its website and services, how it uses and shares that information, and your rights over it. Marqeta may share your information with advertising and analytics companies to show you targeted ads, and it transfers data internationally to countries that may offer fewer legal protections. If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and Marqeta will notify you before making material changes to this policy.
Marqeta's Privacy Notice establishes how Marqeta collects, uses, retains, and shares personal data in connection with its website and non-Payments Services activities, explicitly excluding data processed through its issuer payment processing and card program management products.
