This policy explains how UnitedHealthcare handles your personal information when you use its online services and mobile app. By using those services, you automatically consent to the data practices described, and continuing to use them after any update means you accept the new terms. UnitedHealthcare can combine your data with outside sources, allow third parties to track your browsing, and share your information with courts or a new owner if the company is sold.
UnitedHealthcare's Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which UnitedHealthcare collects, uses, combines, shares, and stores user information across its Online Services and mobile application. Consent to all described data practices is obtained through the act of using the Online Services, and continued use following any policy update constitutes consent to the revised terms. UnitedHealthcare may combine user information with offline and third-party vendor data, permit third-party cookie-based tracking across external websites, and share user information in response to legal process or in connection with corporate transactions such as mergers or acquisitions.
