If Customer terminates this Agreement because of Linear's uncured breach, Linear will refund any unused, prepaid Fees for the remainder of the then-current Subscription Period.
Customer will reimburse PlanetScale for chargeback fees incurred in connection with Customer's use of the Product.
In the event of any such termination, Anyscale will refund to Customer a pro-rata portion of the Fees that have been prepaid but unused for the applicable Platform Services.
