If we exercise this right and you purchased the subscription via our website, we will refund you, on a pro rata basis, the fees you paid for the remaining portion of your subscription after termination.
Miro will then refund to Customer any pre-paid, unused fees for the terminated portion of the Subscription Term (for the Performance Warranty) or for the non-conforming Technical Services (for the Technical Services Warranty).
For subscribers residing in Germany: You may terminate your subscription after it has renewed with a notice period of one month. Your right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.
