The reader who cancels a monthly subscription receives no refund for any unused portion of the billing period but retains Product access until the end of that billing month.
How other platforms handle this
If you have paid Subscription Fees upfront, you will be issued a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the Subscription Period remaining.
The refund will cover the relevant subscription fee prorated from the date you request cancellation to the end of the relevant subscription period you have paid for.
If you request and obtain a refund, your subscription to the Services will be terminated as soon as the refund is initiated.
