What it is

EA can record your gameplay, including your controller inputs and in-game profile, and share or replay that footage to other players, on other EA platforms, and even at live public events without requiring additional consent.

This analysis describes what EA's agreement states, permits, or reserves. It does not constitute a legal determination about enforceability. Regulatory applicability and practical outcomes may vary by jurisdiction, enforcement context, and individual circumstances. Read our methodology

ConductAtlas Analysis

Why it matters (compliance & governance perspective)

Gameplay recordings and statistics can be made publicly visible beyond the game itself, including at live events; players in competitive modes should understand their gameplay may be broadcast in contexts beyond their direct game session.

Interpretive note: The scope of 'partner events' and whether specific consent mechanisms apply for live public broadcast scenarios is not fully specified in the document.
