The updated terms now prohibit users from deploying AI Agents to access, use, or interact with Comcast Services without express permission. The terms define AI Agent broadly to include any software or service taking autonomous or programmatic action, with specific examples covering data scraping, automated requests, monitoring, downloading, and automated support interactions.
