When you send prompts to Together AI or receive AI-generated outputs, Together AI may use that content to train and improve its AI models.

Any prompts or inputs you submit to Together AI's platform — including potentially confidential business information or personal data — may be used by Together AI to train its AI models, which could result in that information being surfaced in responses to other users.

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant Together AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, developing, and improving the Services, including training and improving our AI models.
