you will not be entitled to receive a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Use or required by applicable law.
We will issue a refund within three Business Days of receiving your request, provided that the funds have not been picked up by the designated recipient prior to our receipt of your request for a refund.
In the event an Item does not pass the Item Verification, Whatnot shall notify the Buyer and the Seller of Whatnot's conclusion, which results in an automatic cancellation of the Transaction and a refund to the Buyer's Payment Method.
