Lime collects continuous GPS location data during rides, device identifiers, payment details, and usage history, and shares this information with municipal governments, advertising partners, and third-party analytics providers as part of normal operations. Users in certain jurisdictions such as California and EU member states have legally recognized rights to access, delete, or restrict their data, while users in other regions may have more limited recourse based on applicable local law.
