Once you redeem your Points, you cannot cancel or return the Redemption Option for a refund of Points except in the case of defective products or as required by applicable law.
If your API access is disabled or terminated, but you or your End User has previously spent on the Site, you or your End User are not entitled to a refund of previously spent amounts.
For subscribers residing in Germany: You may terminate your subscription after it has renewed with a notice period of one month. Your right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.
