Hulu subscribers are bound by automatic renewal billing, a strict cancellation deadline of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time the day before a subscription term ends, and a no-refund policy for partially used billing periods except at Hulu's sole discretion. Subscribers also waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits and must resolve most disputes through individual binding arbitration, which can be more costly and less accessible than small claims or class proceedings. You can opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to Hulu within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms, as described in Section 7 of the agreement.
