HubSpot collects a wide range of personal data including contact details, behavioral and usage data, device identifiers, and payment information, and shares it with service providers, advertising partners, and business customers who use HubSpot's platform. Individuals whose data is held in a business customer's HubSpot account may not be able to exercise data rights directly against HubSpot, since HubSpot acts as a processor in that context and directs such requests to the business customer. You can submit a data access, correction, or deletion request directly to HubSpot by emailing privacy@hubspot.com or visiting HubSpot's privacy rights request page if you are a direct HubSpot user or website visitor.
