If a minor under 13 creates an account, their data may have already been collected before DoorDash becomes aware — and the burden to identify and report this falls on parents.
The DoorDash Terms of Service bind all users to mandatory individual arbitration and a class action waiver, meaning most legal disputes with DoorDash must be resolved through a private arbitration process rather than in court or as part of a group lawsuit. Users also agree to DoorDash's data collection practices covering location, device, transaction, and usage data as described in the incorporated Privacy Policy. You can opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting the Terms by sending written notice to DoorDash's designated arbitration opt-out address.
