You are responsible for loss, repair, replacement, and other costs, damages, fees, and charges if you do not return the Xfinity Equipment to us in an undamaged condition. You must return all Xfinity Equipment to us at our local service center or to our designated agent within ten (10) days of the date on which the Services are disconnected.
