Amplitude may suspend or terminate Customer's access to the Services immediately upon written notice if Customer materially breaches this Agreement, including failure to pay fees when due. Upon termination, Customer's right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Amplitude will make Customer Data available for export for a period of thirty (30) days following termination, after which Amplitude may delete Customer Data.
