Customer may export Customer Content in accordance with the Documentation, and PlanetScale is not obligated to retain Customer Content following termination of this Agreement.
PlanetScale owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the Product, Support, Documentation and related works, including but not limited to any modifications and derivative works of the foregoing
PlanetScale Inc. participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework...
