In the event of Account deletion for any reason, the Company may, but is not obligated to, delete any of Your Content. the Company shall not be responsible for the failure to delete or deletion of Your Content.
Customer Content is hosted in Mixpanel's data center in the United States or the European Economic Area, as elected by Customer, or, if purchased by Customer, in India.
We retain Commercial Content as necessary to provide our services to users, for internal record keeping, and for product improvement and safety purposes.
