The policy also expands its definition of AI to include large language models and similar tools used in job matching. Under the revised terms, when you authorize ZipRecruiter to connect your account with a third-party platform (such as LinkedIn or Google), the company gains permission to access relevant information you provided to that platform. You can review the prior version of the policy through a link provided in the updated document.
