This cap limits the maximum financial recovery a user can obtain from the Epic Parties regardless of the nature or magnitude of the harm suffered.
If you suffer damages arising from the Agreement, your maximum recovery from the Epic Parties is capped at the greater of $1,000 or your total payments to Epic over the prior 12 months.
