Only valid credit cards or a Target Debit Card can be used to purchase a Target Circle 360 membership. You cannot use a debit card, other than the Target Debit Card, to pay for a Target Circle 360 membership.
Customer will remit payments by only electronic means (including by wire, ACH or, for amounts less than $25,000 USD, by credit card), with a notation to applicable invoice numbers.
