The agreement requires users to resolve disputes with Together AI through individual binding arbitration administered by JAMS and waives the right to participate in class action lawsuits, which limits the legal mechanisms available for seeking redress. Together AI's total liability to any user is capped at the greater of $100 or the total fees paid in the six months preceding the claim, regardless of the nature of the harm. You can opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver by sending written notice to Together AI within 30 days of first accepting the terms, using the contact information provided in the agreement.
