The terms establish that Taskrabbit bears no liability for task quality, safety incidents, or the conduct of Taskers, meaning consumers have limited recourse against Taskrabbit if something goes wrong during a task. For US and Canadian users, the mandatory arbitration clause and class action waiver significantly restrict how disputes can be resolved, requiring individual arbitration rather than court proceedings or group litigation. You can opt out of the arbitration agreement by following the instructions in Section 24 of the terms within the specified deadline after account creation or notice of the terms.
