Users have no contractual right to a refund under any circumstance other than legal compulsion, regardless of dissatisfaction or service failure.
The updated Terms of Service now explicitly state that US users are subject to mandatory arbitration and class action waiver provisions contained in Section XVI. This means disputes with Oura must be resolved through individual arbitration rather than in court or as part of a class action lawsuit. The terms also clarify that US residents contract with Ouraring Inc., while non-US residents contract with Oura Health Oy. The definition of Services has been expanded to explicitly include Oura memberships and related content and features.
