If you are a resident of California, provided that no more than three (3) business days have elapsed since you signed up for your subscription, you may also rescind your agreement with us and seek a refund. Specifically, if you are a California resident, you may cancel your agreement without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date of this contract, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel this agreement and receive a refund, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect.
