ConductAtlas Analysis

Why it matters (compliance & governance perspective)

COPPA protections for children are required by federal law, and parents or guardians should be aware of these age restrictions if minors may access the service.

Consumer impact (what this means for users)

Anything you upload to Luma AI, including personal photos, videos, and creative prompts, may be used to train its AI models under a license that is described as perpetual and irrevocable, meaning deleting your account does not end this use for content already incorporated into Luma's systems. Free-tier users face additional exposure because the terms expand Luma's license to include publicly displaying and distributing their content in any media format. You can delete your account at any time through account settings or by emailing support@lumalabs.ai, which stops future personal data use, but the agreement states it does not affect licenses already granted.
