Only one trial or promotional subscription is available per household. If your DashPass subscription is ever terminated for any reason, you shall not be eligible for a free trial on any subsequent DashPass subscription.
Free trials are available only to users that have not previously subscribed to the Services or previously received a free trial.
To the extent that any provisions in the Business Terms of Service conflict with these Terms, the Business Terms of Service shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
