This document sets the rules for using ClickUp, including how you're billed and how disputes are handled. Your account renews automatically for a full year unless you cancel at least thirty days before the renewal date, and almost all fees are non-refundable after the initial thirty-day window. If you have a dispute with ClickUp, you must resolve it through individual arbitration — you cannot sue ClickUp in court or join a class action.
This document establishes the terms governing ClickUp's provision of its Services, setting out billing obligations including automatic twelve-month renewal with a mandatory thirty-day cancellation notice window and a default of automatic charges on renewal. ClickUp disclaims all express and implied warranties and excludes liability across all categories of loss, including direct, indirect, consequential, and punitive damages. Dispute resolution is channeled exclusively into binding individual arbitration under AAA consumer rules, with both parties waiving jury trial and class action rights. Users retain intellectual property in content they exclusively create or submit, and enabling third-party integrations constitutes consent to Content sharing with those applications.
As a ClickUp user, your account will automatically renew for twelve months and you will be charged unless you notify ClickUp at least thirty days before your renewal date. Nearly all fees are non-refundable, with the sole exception being a full refund available if you contact ClickUp within thirty days of your initial purchase. Enabling any third-party application within ClickUp is treated as your consent to share your Content with that application, and ClickUp may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason without liability to you. All disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration, meaning you waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
