Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Anyscale hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to permit Customer's Authorized Users to access and use the Platform Services during the Subscription Term, solely for Customer's internal business purposes.
You may not assign your rights under the Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our consent.
Teladoc Health may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
