Purchases from Canva directly remain under Canva's Terms, while purchases from third-party Marketplace Sellers are now governed by separate Print Marketplace Seller Terms. The agreement explicitly states that refunds are not available for user-made errors or change-of-mind situations, though refunds will be issued if an order is rejected after payment has been made.
