The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the party's individual claim.
You may reject any change we make to section 15 (except address changes) by personally signing and sending us notice within 30 days of the change by U.S. Mail to the address in section 15.b.
If the amount in dispute exceeds U.S. $1,000,000, either party shall have the right to appeal via AAA's Optional Appellate Arbitration Rules, with the appealing party bearing all such costs.
