Anthropic's terms allow your Claude.ai conversations to be used for AI model training by default, with an account-settings opt-out that does not cover feedback interactions or safety-flagged content. You can opt out of model training in your Claude.ai account settings, and US users can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal-optout@anthropic.com.
