Any content you submit or share through Activision's platforms — such as videos, screenshots, usernames, or in-game creations — is licensed to Activision on a permanent, free, and irrevocable basis for Activision to use however it chooses.
If you create and share any content through Activision services, you grant Activision a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that content indefinitely, which could include commercial exploitation of your creative work without compensation.

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK: The UGC license grant implicates GDPR Arts. 6 and 9 if submitted content includes personal data of the user or third parties, requiring a lawful basis for processing beyond the contractual relationship. CCPA §1798.100 grants California residents rights to know and delete personal information, which may conflict with an irrevocable license if personal data is embedded in licensed UGC. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) governs the underlying IP rights being licensed. FTC Act Section 5 may apply if the scope of the license is not clearly disclosed to average consumers.
