This provision authorizes account suspension and termination without notice at Zelle's sole discretion, including during an ongoing investigation. The absence of a required pre-suspension notice or appeal process is an operationally significant feature of this enforcement framework.
Under this clause, Zelle may suspend or terminate a user's account, remove their content, or take other corrective action without advance notice, based solely on Zelle's discretion as to whether a terms violation has occurred. No formal appeal or pre-action notification process is described in this provision.

"Zelle® may suspend any users whose conduct or postings are under investigation and may remove such material from its servers as it deems appropriate and without notice. 1. REGULATORY LANDSCAPE: Account suspension and termination provisions in consumer financial service contexts may engage CFPB supervisory standards regarding fair treatment of consumers and adequate notice requirements for account actions. State consumer protection statutes in some jurisdictions impose procedural requirements on account termination or suspension, particularly for financial service accounts. 2. GOVERNANCE EXPOSURE: Medium. The 'sole discretion' and 'without notice' formulations are standard in website terms but may face greater scrutiny when applied to accounts connected to consumer payment services. The scope of this provision relative to the separately governed User Service Agreement should be assessed to determine whether it applies to site access only or could affect payment account access. 3. JURISDICTION FLAGS: Some state consumer protection frameworks require reasonable notice before termination of consumer service accounts. The interaction between this clause and any notice requirements in the User Service Agreement or applicable banking regulations should be assessed. 4. CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Financial institutions whose customers access Zelle through bank-integrated interfaces should assess whether Zelle's site-level suspension authority could operationally affect customer access to payment functions governed by separate agreements. 5. COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: Legal teams should confirm the scope boundary between site-level account suspension under this clause and payment account access governed by the User Service Agreement, and assess whether any consumer notification obligations apply to site-level enforcement actions.
