The updated terms establish clearer scope (these terms apply to free, trial, and paid versions; Enterprise is separate) and expand the list of prohibited uses. Users may no longer reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive components of the Services; use the platform for competitive analysis or to develop competing products; or misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created. We may, in our sole discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit...however the provision of Credits in a specific instance does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances or obligate us to provide additional Credits.
Any refund, payment, and credit which Ramp may or must provide to Company in accordance with the terms of the Agreement will be provided by Ramp to Reseller and Company acknowledges and agrees that it must seek such refunds, payments, and credits solely from Reseller.
We may decide to discontinue our Services, but if we do, we will give you advance notice and a refund for any prepaid, unused Services.
