Suno Terms of Service

These terms set the rules for using Suno's music-generation service. If you use the free or Basic tier, you can only use generated music for personal, non-commercial purposes and must credit Suno every time; Pro and Premier subscribers own the music they generate. If something goes wrong, Suno's financial responsibility to you is capped at what you paid in the last six months or $100, whichever is more, and any dispute must go to private arbitration rather than court.

Suno's Terms of Service establish the substantive rights, obligations, and limitations governing use of the Suno platform. Users submitting content grant Suno and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from that content, while Pro and Premier subscribers receive an outright ownership assignment of qualifying Outputs. Free and Basic tier users are restricted to lawful, non-commercial, personal use of Outputs with mandatory attribution to Suno, and all users are prohibited from using the Services, Outputs, or Voice Models to build or improve competing products or to train other AI or machine learning systems. Suno's total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of amounts paid in the preceding six months or $100, with all indirect, consequential, and exemplary damages excluded. All disputes are channeled to final and binding individual arbitration, with class and representative actions waived.

As a Suno user, the content you submit gives Suno a permanent, irrevocable license to use and modify it even if you stop using the service. If you are on a free or Basic plan, you cannot monetize Outputs and must credit Suno every time you use them; upgrading to a Pro or Premier plan transfers ownership of qualifying Outputs to you. All payments are non-refundable unless Suno decides otherwise, your subscription renews automatically at then-current rates, and your financial recovery for any harm is limited to the greater of what you paid Suno in the last six months or $100. If you have a dispute with Suno, you must bring it individually through binding arbitration — not in court and not as part of a class action.
