The revised arbitration language now explicitly states that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration and includes a class action waiver and jury trial waiver. Users who do not wish to accept the updated terms must close their account within 30 days of the September 3, 2026 effective date; continued use after that deadline constitutes acceptance. You can close your account prior to the renewal date or within 30 days of the effective date to avoid accepting the updated terms.
