The updated terms establish new age eligibility requirements: users under 13 are prohibited entirely; users 13-17 may access the Service only with express parental consent. The terms now require users who do not accept the updated language to close their account within 30 days of the effective date or before their renewal date, whichever occurs first. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You can review the full terms at https://www.suno.com/terms and choose to close your account before the deadline if you do not agree to the updated provisions.
