Disputes between User and Stripe are subject to a class action waiver and will be resolved by individual binding arbitration, except as stated otherwise in this Agreement. Please read the arbitration provision in Section 11.4 (Dispute Resolution; Agreement to Arbitrate) as it affects User's rights under this Agreement. Except as stated otherwise in Section 11.4(a)(ii) or the Regional Terms, all disputes, claims, and controversies, whether based on past, present, or future events, including those arising out of or relating to statutory or common law and the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of any provision of this Agreement, will be determined by binding arbitration by a single arbitrator.
