Valve's refund policy is available at http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds. Valve may revise the pricing for the Content and Services offered through Steam at any time. The amounts charged may be converted to your local currency. You may not use online payment systems outside of Steam for the purchase of Subscriptions. Any credits or discounts are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Payment of the price for Subscriptions is not subject to any trade-ins, deductions or credits. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes and that Valve may charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.
