The updated terms clarify that custom avatars you create are your content and remain your property, while stock avatars provided by Runway remain Runway's property. The terms now explicitly govern third-party integrations (Non-Runway Services) and state that these external tools are provided without warranties and that you are solely responsible for any data, actions, or consequences arising from them. The agreement also expands what conduct is prohibited to include interference with third-party services, and broadens liability protections to cover Runway's gross negligence and intentional misconduct. Credit Karma reserves the right to block or otherwise prohibit in our sole discretion any individual who repeatedly posts materials that are alleged to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
We also may terminate your account if it has been inactive for over a year and you do not have a paid account. If we do, we will provide you with advance notice.
Before any termination for your breach, we will give you a reasonable warning or cure period, except if the nature of the breach justifies immediate termination, taking into account both your and our legitimate interests.
