Subscription billing no longer defaults to monthly terms; instead, terms are offered by Ramp and must be affirmatively selected by the company. The agreement expands prohibited use restrictions to include not just US-sanctioned entities but also those sanctioned by Canada, the EU, and the UK. Additionally, the terms now explicitly state that electronic signatures are conclusive evidence of intent to be bound, and withholding tax reimbursement obligations apply to all fees, not just subscription fees.
