What it is

Providing a mobile phone number constitutes consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts from PayPal and its affiliates for account servicing, fraud investigation, and debt collection purposes. Marketing autodialed communications require separate express written consent, and users can opt out by updating account preferences or replying STOP.
