Unlike other payment methods, cryptocurrency payments carry no refund right whatsoever, regardless of timing or unused Credits.
The updated terms clarify that enabling prompt logging automatically activates chat logging as well, and grant OpenRouter a perpetual, worldwide license to use your content for service provision and commercial purposes. This includes the explicit right to license or sell your user content in anonymized form. Users accessing Stealth Program models must now also agree to a separate End User License Agreement. You can disable prompt logging in your account settings if you do not wish to grant these permissions.

For cryptocurrency payments, you will be reimbursed in cryptocurrency but for the euro equivalent of the initial purchase.
We will issue a refund within three Business Days of receiving your request, provided that the funds have not been picked up by the designated recipient prior to our receipt of your request for a refund.
No refunds of fees already paid will be given. Clients may opt out of the Direct Contract program or cancel a Service Contract...however Upwork will not refund any fees for Service Contracts that were considered active at any time in the month prior to the charge.
